Last week, I did not stick to menu everyday .. so some of these are carryovers to this week:-)

Breakfast: Homemade Blueberry & Banana Muffins, Cold Cereal, Scrambled Eggs & Cinnamon Toast, Hardboiled Eggs, Bagefuls, and Toaster Strudels

Lunch:

Monday: Picnic at the Zoo!
Tuesday: Turkey Sandwich w/ Oranges
Wednesday: Mini-Pizza w/ Applesauce
Thursday: Turkey Sandwich w/ Oranges
Friday: Chicken Noodle Soup w/ Grilled Cheese
Sat and Sun: Leftovers, Salads, or Sandwiches

Dinner:
Monday - Lady's Oven Roasted Pork Ribs (Paula Deen Recipe), Carrots & Celery w/ Ranch, Baked Beans, Baked Potatoes (Sweet for me), Pineapple
Tuesday - Pizza
Wednesday - Smothered Fried Chicken, Fried Corn, Mashed Potatoes
Thursday - Ground Beef Enchiladeas w/ Mexican Rice, Fruit
Friday - Baked Spaghetti w/ Garlic Bread & Applesauce
Saturday - Chipotle Chicken w/ Brown Rice (This is everyone's favorite meal, in our home. I modified this recipe a little by omitting the cashews and water chestnuts.) Strawberry Bread
Sunday - Jerk Pork Chops, Caribbean Rice, Cauliflower & Carrots w/ Ranch, Fruit

Snacks: Marshmallows, Pretzels, Graham Crackers, Soft Pretzels, Cheese Chunks, Watermelon
