Sat and Sun: Leftovers, Salads, or Sandwiches

Monday - Dinner Out
Tuesday - Dinner w/ Sitter for Kids & Potluck at LAST MAPP Class for us
Wednesday - Chipotle Chicken w/ Brown Rice (This is everyone's favorite meal, in our home. I modified this recipe a little by omitting the cashews and water chestnuts.) Strawberry Bread
Thursday - Ground Beef Enchiladeas w/ Mexican Rice, Fruit
Friday - Taco Salad w/ Fruit
Saturday - Crockpot Chicken & Rice w/ Fruit
Sunday - Jerk Pork Chops, Caribbean Rice, Cauliflower & Carrots w/ Ranch, Fruit
Snacks: Marshmallows, Pretzels, Graham Crackers, Soft Pretzels w/ Cream Cheese, Cheese Chunks, Wheat Thins
